Dell Layoffs September 2024 India. Dell technologies has reduced its workforce for the second time in two years, with a recent cut of about 6,000 employees. Cisco, continuing its 2024 restructuring efforts, will make deep cuts across multiple departments, particularly its collaboration division.
Dell said a limitation on outside hiring, job reorganizations and other actions will produce “continued reduction in our overall headcount” in the fiscal year ending in february 2025. Staff say dell’s return to office mandate is a stealth layoff, especially for women.
